SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMING
 
All Chefmix.ca purchases are shipped via Canada Post Ground Service. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours on average from the initial time of purchase; however certain items may take up to 10 business days to ship based on their current stock levels and availability.
 
All shipping rates are provided by Canada Post. If the status of your order has not changed after 10 business days from the initial time of purchase, please feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery date.
 
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
 
If you are not present when Canada Post attempts to deliver your package at home, it will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post outlet in your area. The pick-up location will be listed on the Canada Post Notice Card. 
 
ORDER TRACKING
 
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we provide you with a confirmation e-mail which also includes a tracking number per packaged item sent. Use this number to track your order by logging into your Chefmix.ca account. 
 
Your Chefmix.ca account allows you to view your order history, track orders, create wish lists and have a faster checkout process. Simply register, or log in to your existing account to access your purchase information and customer profile settings.
 
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
 
In the unlikely event that your order has not yet arrived by the date indicated under Canada Posts’ “expected shipping date” section, please contact us to report your package as “missing”. We will then promptly contact Canada Post and file a claim on your behalf to determine the status of the missing package. 
 
Please refer to the following claim cases:
  • Orders that have been found: package will be immediately delivered to you.
  • Orders that are undeliverable, due to sender error: package will be returned to sender and we will ship it back to you at our expense.
  • Orders that are undeliverable, due to customer error: package will be returned to sender and we will ship it back to you at an additional shipping cost to you.
  • Orders that are declared lost or stolen: we will refund you or replace your item(s) at our expense, on a case by case basis.
 
Oversized Products
 
Please note that some products are subject to a shipping surcharge because of their size or weight. In the case of oversized products, we will email you an updated freight quote before proceeding with your order.
